Craig Smith Obituary

Craig is at peace with the Lord and he is happy; this is what he wanted.

Craig was a wonderful and kind man who wanted to help everyone. He was a special person; we all loved him. Our great-grandson, Tyler was a friend and buddy to him. Dale and Linda Goodwin kept him busy around their home and he loved helping them. Craig lived with his parents all his life, he worked as a custodian at the Nevada School District for 38 years. He also worked at the Anderson High School as a custodian for three years, he was laid off due to the economy and decided to retire.

Craig lost his mom in 2004 and his dad in 2010. Since he was now all alone, his Aunt Mary took over and helped him out. When his Aunt Mary married Pete Lambert on January 24, 2012 they set him up in his own mobile home and he loved it.

He is survived by his cousins: Jerrold Olhiser, Christine Wescott, Wayne and Katie Olhiser; second cousins: Erica and Ron Utvick, Heather Olhiser, Nathan Olhiser, Julie and Bill Carranza, Todd Argue, Leanne Carr and sixteen third cousins.

We would also like to thank the Lambert family for their kindness to Craig, he loved you all.

There will be a private celebration of life for family and friends.
