Fred Yost Obituary

Fred Yost

1943 - 2014

In loving memory, Fred passed into heaven 1:00 am, Thursday, February 20, 2014 peacefully in arms of his last love Lorraine.

Born May 17, 1943 to Anthony and Jean Yost in Carsonville, MI., raised with 3 brothers, Jack, Tony, Nick, 4 sisters Jean, Joan, Janet and Anna.

Married, had four lovely daughters, Melinda, Lois, Debbie, Toni, has many grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.

Fred spent the last 12 years with Lorraine and helped be a grandfather to Nickolas and Shelly Walker of Red Bluff. They dearly loved their Freddie.

Fred was a carpenter, auto body shop owner, gold miner, commercial fisherman, rancher. Fred was a very kind, generous man who would help anyone in need, the biggest story teller around, he was very special to many people in his life including his brother Nick and family in Redding.

He will be dearly missed by many family and friends.

Walk in sunshine, Babe.

A celebration of his life will be at a later date.
