Redding.
Born: 10-31-31 in Omaha,
NEB, to Bonnie Jean and John
L. Adams.
Survived by his wife of 59 years, Charlene Adams; sister, Janis Davey; daughter, Lori Jackson; son, Ken Adams; four grandchildren: Lauren and Brendon Jackson, Asher and Aislinn Adams.
In addition to several jobs, John retired from the State of California after 30 years of service.
He loved the Lord, he was an avid reader, and trips in his RV with his wife were what he most enjoyed.
He was very special to his family and friends, and will be dearly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at the Whitmore Seventh-day Adventist Church, 30375 Whitmore Rd., Whitmore, CA.

Charlene and family,
I was so sorry to learn of your loss, and although I did not know John well, I was a neighbor of your Mom and Dad's for too short of a time and got to visit with you once in awhile before John retired.
I hope you are still living at the Vineyard as you both seemed so happy with life there and the friends you found yourselves amongst.
