Mazie George Obituary
The Rev. Rod Toews of Peninsula Covenant Church in Redwood City will officiate.
Mrs. George died Friday, Jan. 5, 2007, at Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley.
She was born Dec. 3, 1918, in Little Rock, Ark., and lived in Shasta County from 1988 to 2004.
She was active in the floral arts, and was a member of the California Garden Clubs Inc. and the American Camellia Society.
Survivors include sons Gary of Somers, N.Y., and Dennis of Redwood City; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Operation Wildflower, c/o California Garden Clubs Inc., Treasurer Carol Sexton, 1211 North Lotas Way, Porterville, CA 93257-1142.
Arrangements are being handled by Redwood Chapel in Redwood City.
