I only had a few encounters with Richard while he was developing a small subdivision a few years ago, but he seemed like a very nice man and was always easy to get along with.
May God bless your family.

Richard will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was the kindest most hardest working man I have know. His clients were always thrilled about their new homes and very impressed with the attention to detail. One such client even invited me to her home to see what a beautiful job he did. Richard loved his family deeply and spoke of them often. My heart goes out to Sandy, Kim, Mark and Janice... I know this is a difficult time and my prayers are with you.
