Richard was an all around great guy. Always willing to help a friend out. It didn’t matter if he was up to his elbows in his own job, he would drop it all to help out the next guy.
He had a lot of stories and loved to tell them to you sometimes twice but even the second time was always interesting. I would let him tell me the same story a few times before I said anything just because the stories were that good.
There wasn’t much Richard could not do, he was a jack of all trades and he new it.
Winters around here are pretty rough and neighbors always help neighbors get through the rough times but Richard he Would go up and down the street checking on everybody to make sure all was well, all the while his own yard had tons of storm damage too but with Richard everyone else always came first.
Well heaven will be happy to have you but honestly we weren’t ready to let you go.
God has different plans than us sometimes and as unfair as it may seem, we have to trust what the Good Lord does.
You will be missed Richard May you Rest In Peace your good friend Brian

Our condolences to the Moore family. Richard was a good neighbor, always willing to help out and watch a neighbor's house if you had to travel. He was full of stories! I had been standing in line with him at AAA Insurance and we were talking. Both of us wearing masks he didn't recognize me. When l walked outside and had my mask off he came over to me and we laughed because he didn't recognize me. I told him, "Richard, you told me the same stories you told me last year and we laughed even harder. God bless you Richard, rest in peace!
