Richard "Rick" Walsh, of Rio Linda, CA, born November 14, 1946, in Dallas, TX, passed away on August 17, 2018, after a long battle with diabetes. Rick was a US Army veteran who fought in Vietnam. Most of his adult life was spent in the Sacramento area, working in the Telecommunications industry. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, digging for old bottles, and lunch with his buddies. He is survived by a son, Kelly, two grandchildren, Jeremiah and Annabella and two step-daughters. We will miss his sharp wit and laid back nature. R.I.P. Rick. Rick had a good time.

And then there was Rick, he would take a lick, and stand beside you square. We'd go out in the rough and dig for stuff, hoping it would be quite rare. The stuff in to soak, you're ribs he'd poke and and tell you how cool it was. Sometimes we'd hide, when headlights we spied, and it turned out to be the fuzz. With Rick we had fun, shared laughs a ton, but now, Rick, farewell
