I pray God's comfort for all the family
today and in the days ahead. I regret that I can't be there to share memories in person, but thanks to cyber-space, I can take part...
My brother-in-law, Roy and my husband, Ed shared an insatiable interest in hunting and fishing and had some great times exchanging exploits and talking about their most prized trophies...not to mention the "7 Point" that got away!
But I especially rember his compassion. He demonstrated that to my family and me when my husband died suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 43. I will never forget his beyond-the-call effort to just be there for us in any way he could during that difficult time. That was 35 years ago, but it still stands out in my mememory.
I have no doubt that I speak for all of the Worthingtons when I say...
Thank you Roy!
You will be missed by many!
In Remembrance,
Shirley Worthington and family
