ERIC KRONBACK Eric Kronback, 61, of Lamberton died on August 13, 2024, at his home. Visitation was on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Sturm Funeral Home, Lamberton Chapel and will continue on Thursday from 10:30 until 11:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Lamberton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. The clergy will be Father Jeremy Kucera and Father Tony Hesse. Interment will be at Lamberton Cemetery in Lamberton. Arrangements are with Sturm Funeral Home in Lamberton. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sturmfh.com. Eric Vernon Kronback was born on April 19, 1963, in Springfield, the son of Vernon and Ruth Kronback. He attended and later graduated from Lamberton - Jeffers Blackhawks. During his years in high school, he participated in baseball, football and basketball. He often bragged that he held the highest free throw score in the school's history. After high school, Eric went on to serve in the U.S. Army. He then returned home to help farm with his dad. Eric met and married Julia and continued farming and raising their sons. He loved watching sports and working, going out to eat, and talking and visiting with family. He is survived by his sons - Caleb and Isaac Kronback and brothers and a sister. Eric was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Julia.
