He further gave of his time and expertise as president of the Renville County Historical Society, treasurer of the local Girl Scout troop and as a member of the Board of Economic Development Authority. In his efforts, Steve exemplified the belief that love is best expressed through service. With quiet determination, he strengthened the fabric of his community and leaves behind a lasting legacy of contribution.
