Geneva Buck Obituary
The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Parkers Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be in Pinewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Buck, a native of Pitt County, had lived in Lenoir County for a number of years before moving back to Pitt County. She was employed in food service for most of her life and attended Parkers Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
Mrs. Buck was preceded in death by her husband, John Marshall Buck, and brothers and sisters.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda B. Roebuck and husband, Bucky, of Greenville; a son, Glenn Williams of Bath; grandchildren, Alan Roebuck, Tammy Strickland and Alisha Williams; great-grandchildren, John Alan, Stephen, Kaytlyn, Haley, Blaire, Claire, James and Jonathan; sisters, Patricia Buck and Carol Williams, both of Greenville, and Marjorie Brock of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and special friend, Gay Roebuck.
The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday. Online condolences at www.wilkersonfuneralhome.com.

Linda, my heart goes out to you and the family. I hadn't seen Geneva in quite a few years, nonetheless, she made a huge impact on my life in younger days. I will never forget her kindness and yours. I'm so sorry for your loss, and wish I could be there.
