Martha Buck Obituary

Mrs. Martha Lee Edwards Buck, 82, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2012. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Wilkerson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Pinewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Buck, daughter of the late Robert Lee and Bessie Hunt Edwards was a native of Pitt County. She lived all of her life in the Hudson's Crossroads community. She was a member of Black Jack Free Will Baptist Church and the Queenie Clark Sunday School Class. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.
Mrs. Buck was preceded in death by her son, Ricky Lee Buck in 2008.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Eldridge H. "Tommy" Buck; granddaughter, Tanya Buck Cannon and husband, Todd, of Greenville; and great-granddaughters, Mallory Elizabeth and Avery Leanne Cannon;
The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at her home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Black Jack Free Will Baptist Church, 2972 Black Jack-Simpson Road, Greenville, NC 27858.

Tommy, Tanya and family..
We are so sorry to hear of Martha Lee's passing. She was such a blessing and comfort to my mother all her years. I sincerely hope God puts his hand upon your shoulders during this difficult time.
