Carol Lataif Obituary
Carol was born on June 3, 1939, in Winsted, CT, daughter of the late Andrew G. and Pearl (White) Clark. She was employed by Marshall`s department store for 33 years, until her retirement and was a very active member of the St. Maron's Women`s Club.
In addition to her husband, Fred, she is survived by one son, Fred G. Lataif of Torrington, and one daughter, Lori Richnavsky and her husband Robert of Torrington; two grandchildren, Robert Richnavsky and his wife Tori, Kristen Richnavsky and her fiance Tony Rizzi; one niece and one nephew. She was preceded in death by one son, Scott J. Lataif and one brother, Brian Clark.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 5, .with the cortege leaving at 9:30 a.m. from Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington, to the temporary worship location of St. Maron's Church, at St. Mary's Church, 85 Pulaski St., Torrington for The Divine Liturgy of the Resurrection at 10 a.m. with Rev. Lawrence Michael, principal celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 4,. from 4 to 8 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Maron`s Church Building Fund, 613 Main St., Torrington, CT 06790 or to Foothills VNA Hospice, 32 Union St., Winsted, CT 06098.
