HERMAN, JOHN P. John P. Herman, 63, of Torrington, CT, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Jean (Tocci) Herman. John was born June 28, 1953, in Jenkins, PA, son of the late Louis and Claire (Kollar) Herman. He served his country with the US Army. He was employed by Turner and Seymour Manufacturing Company for over 33 years as a Production, Shipping and Traffic Manager until his retirement. He is survived by two step-sons, Frank D’Agostino, III of Torrington, CT and Isaac D’Agostino of Conway, NH; one brother, Joseph Herman of Torrington, CT; two sisters, Deborah Morrisette of Torrington, CT and Carolann Routhier of Canaan, CT; one granddaughter and one grandson and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Michael Herman. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Cemetery, 236 E. Pearl Rd., Torrington, CT.
