Sandra,
As you once said to me you were so fortunate to have Blaine for a husband. I wanted to say he also loved you that much and was happy to take care of you and love you. God put his hand out to take you home so that you will no longer have pain and that is our comfort. We will take care of Blaine and your extended famile Claudette and Kenny so you can rest in peace.

Dear Friends,

I am saddened to hear this sad news and pray for peace for each of you. Sandra was such a big part of my youthful "adult" beginnings. I will always remember her incredible laugh, the many Friday nights we played Michigan Rummy with Skip and her girls. Those were special times, I love you Georgette and Danny...you too Claudette and think of you often. May Blaine and boys follow her example and find her laughter in her grandchildren. God bless you all.

Dear Cartwright and Bergeron Families, My name is Joe Mazur and I was a childhood friend of Grant and all the Bergeron girls. We all lived on Dean Drive in New Britain back in the 50's. I often wondered over the years what happened to all of you. By reading the guest book entries from you friends and family members it sounds like you all turned out to be the great people I knew you were back as childern. I remember catching lightening bugs in jars and using them as lights at night. Also the clothes line tents we made with blankets playing cowboys and indians. And Sandra playing nurse attending to the bullet wounds we had. Life was so simple and full of fun back then. I am so sorry for your loss of Sandra, it sounds like she was a remarkable women just like she was as a child. May God Bless you all.

Sandra,
I've been on this earth for 70 years, met thousands of people but never anyone like you. Such a extraordinary person with compassion and love for everyone. How many people being so sick and having broken back bones and in so much pain would make the best chocolate chip cookies ever for their brogher in law? That is something that will remember always. We will do our best to help Blaine and your family.
with love and peace.

Aunt Sandra, you were the most wonderful woman I have ever known. Your ability to brighten a room always made the holidays worth while. I always looked forward to seeing you and talking to you for hours on the phone. You never let anything get you down and that's something I'll always remember about you. You had the best outlook on life. You've touched so many people's lives in so many ways. This still doesn't seem real, I can't comprehend why this had to happen to a person as kind and caring as you. You will always have a place in my heart, (especially when I make meatballs). Thank you for being you and bringing so much joy to our lives while you were here. Love you forever and always.

Hi auntie, I just wanted to tell you that I love you and you were the most beautiful person I know inside and out. You always had the answers to everything. I miss you so much. My mom is lost without you already. I had to go grocery shopping with her today, because thats something you guys did every week as her best friend, she couldn't do it alone. It is not going to be the same without you here. I am very happy you are pain free though. One day I will see you through those pearly white gates. Rest Easy sweet angel.

Sandra, on my wedding day, you're beautiful and thank you for being appart of my wedding.

Every death creates a special pain unique to each survivor. Such as Sandra's instant loss is devastating in its impact. I initially felt shock and numbness. This can't be true. I'm walking from a nightmare to find the world still filled with all the people that I love. Sandra's death is terrible and agonizing pain for me. I will with her strength move beyond the trauma of the loss of my love while still preserving the bond we had.
You're more than a wonderful person-you're the keeper of memories, the maker of everyday miracles and the one whose love brightens ordinary days and makes every ocasion special. You're a remarkable woman. On the most difficult days, I will be patient with myself. As agonizing as life's journey is right now without you, the path to adjustment will slowly become a kinder walk. I love you with all my heart and some day will be with you again. I love you. Laura
