A Funeral service with Military Honors will be held Friday, October 19, 2018 at 1 PM at Lane Memorial Funeral Home, 5300 W. 11th Ave, Eugene, Oregon. A Potluck Gathering will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 1 PM at Bethany Church of Franklin, 92078 Territorial Hwy, Junction City, Oregon.

Frank was our hero here at The Arc of Lane County. He kept our property and our staff safe. I will miss seeing him on our security cameras while he made his rounds every night. Our world is less without him.
