Jessica Frank Obituary

Our beloved Jessica died at the age of 19 on November 5, 2016. She was the victim of a homicide. She was born in Eugene, OR to Jennifer Phillips (Winn) and Richard Frank on July 1, 1997 and was the youngest of their immediate three children. She is survived by her older brother and sister: Chad Frank and Kaley Frank, and half-sisters: Madysen Frank and Rylie Frank; her step-mother, Amber Frank; her grandparents: N. Jim and Gayle Frank, and Steve and Kay Winn; Nina Brown, and great-grandfather Norman Frank. Jessica is also loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She will always be remembered for her kind and loving spirit, her warm heart, and beautiful smile. We love you and will always miss you Jessica, rest in peace, sweetheart.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 17 at 2:00 with public viewing open from 1:00-2:00, at Buell Chapel, 320 6th St., Springfield. Contributions may be made to the Jessica Frank Memorial Fund at any Oregon Community Credit Union branch.
