Larry Lansbery, 83, of Springfield, OR, died June 12, 2021 of age related complications. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 19, 1:00pm at Twin Rivers Church, 1660 Mohawk Blvd, Springfield.
Born Oct 1, 1937 to Carroll and Theda (Phibbs) Lansbery, he served in the United States Navy after graduating from Springfield High in 1955. He married Marilyn Aldinger on Sept 21, 1963.
Larry worked for the USPS as a mail carrier. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, family events and traveling – including Alaska, Europe, and Israel. He was an active member of Twin Rivers Church and sang in choirs and groups as well as the Sharps and Flats of Willamalane Adult Center.
Larry is survived by his wife, daughters Lynette (Jeff) Edom, LeeAnn and Lisa Lansbery and granddaughters Corinne and Kathryn Edom.
