Scott Wyatt Palmer, of Drain, OR, died in his sleep on February 5, 2018. He was 60 years old. Scott was born in Roseburg, OR on August 10, 1957 to parents Leroy and Charlotte (Carstensen) Palmer. He graduated from Drain High School in 1975. He worked for the La Pinata restaurant for 13 years and will be greatly missed by his friends there. He enjoyed sports, music, and especially spending time with his friends and family. Scott is survived by brother, Leroy "Bud" (Carolyn) Palmer of Drain, OR; sister, Jerrolyn Shea of Lufkin, TX; sister, Sharon (Jim) Swearingen of Springfield, OR; brother, Wendell (Donna) Palmer of Drain, OR; brother, Dale Palmer of Springfield, OR; brother, Reece Palmer of Eugene, OR; 7 nieces and 8 nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Brian Palmer, Clifton Palmer, and David King. Arrangements are in the care of Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel in Cottage Grove.
