Mrs. Christina "Tina" (Iacouzzi) Iannaccone Diorio, 91, of Waterbury, entered into the Gates of Heaven on Monday, November 24, 2025 at Waterbury Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was the widow of Theodore Iannaccone and Joseph Diorio.
Tina was born in Waterbury on December 25, 1933, a daughter of the late Gaetano and Marietta (Rosa) Iacouzzi. She graduated from Wilby High School Class of 1951. She worked as a secretary at Waterbury Hospital in their lab, but later retired as the office manager for dentist, Leonard Nardozza, DMD.
Tina is survived by a nephew, Dr. Thomas Rinaldi of Waterbury, a great niece, Tina Dobitsky of Waterbury, a great-nephew, Robert Rinaldi, Jr. of Newtown, CT, as well as a great-great-niece, Jenna Dobitsky of Enfield, CT. Besides her two husbands, she was predeceased by her sister, Anna Marie Rinaldi, a brother, Anthony Iacuzzi, and a nephew Robert Rinaldi Sr.
Arrangements: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 1, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, All Saints Parish, 309 South Main Street, Waterbury. Everyone attending is asked to meet directly at the church. There will be no calling hours. Entombment will follow at Calvary's Garden Mausoleum in Waterbury. Chase Parkway Memorial, the Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, has been entrusted with handling Christina's funeral arrangements.
