Keith Czarsty Obituary

Keith Czarsty
May 22, 2025
With great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Keith J. Czarsty, 61, on May 22, 2025, at his home. Keith was born at Waterbury Hospital, son of the late Joseph C. Czarsty, M.D. and Roberta (Byrnes) Czarsty. He graduated from Holy Cross High School and Johnson and Wales University. At the time of his death, he was managing Harwood Financial LLC.
Keith was a lifelong car enthusiast, so much so that he once owned Woodbury Auto Salvage. He enjoyed music every day of his life. Keith was an animal lover, who never stopped grieving the loss of his beloved black lab, Roxie.
Left to cherish his memory are long-time friend and former wife, Lisa (Greenwood) Pellegrino, Lisa's mother, Jacqueline Greenwood of Waterbury, his brothers, Craig (Margaret) Czarsty, M.D. of Watertown and Curt (Ashley) Czarsty of Sedona, AZ, and several nieces and nephews. Keith was predeceased by his sister, Kyle.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Keith's life at his Funeral Mass on Wednesday, June 4, beginning at 11:00 A.M at St. Leo the Great Church/Mary Mother of the Church Parish, 14 Bentwood Dr., in Waterbury. There are no calling hours and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
