BETHANY- It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that the family of Richard Colt Scott, mostly known as "Colt," age 74, of Bethany, shares the news of his peaceful passing on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Meriden Health and Rehab after a courageous battle with Dementia. He was the loving husband of Patricia (Hoppe) Scott.
Besides his loving wife, Patricia of 48 years, left to cherish and honor his memories are his children: Kellie Martinjuk (Tom), Amy Apuzzo (Nick), Amanda Wells (Andrew), and Holly Scott, his 5 grandchildren, and his sister Linda Scott. He also leaves behind many cousins and extended family members and friends.
To honor Colt's life, friends and relatives are invited to visit with Colt's family on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 1987 East Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705.
