Danny Sanderson

Sanderson, Danny R. Age 57, On July 22, 2011 God called a special angel home after a long battle of cancer in Joliet, IL. Survived by his loving wife Joann (nee Stalzer) of 25 years; 2 daughters: Randi Slater (Greg Zamora), and Roxann (Jason) Zamora; 3 sons: Jimmy (Mary) Hatz, Jeff (Annette) Hatz, and Joe (Brandi) McCord; cherished grandfather of Gregory, Jakob, Leom, Allison, Suzi, Sami, Brandon, Josh, and Tyler; father: William C. Sanderson of Oxford, MS; 7 brothers and 7 sisters; and many loving nieces and nephews. Danny was preceded in death by his mother Irene Sanderson (nee Horton); 1 brother, 2 sisters, 3 nephews, 2 nieces, and 3 brother-in-laws. The family would like to extend a special Thank-you to Joliet Area Community Hospice for all of their support during this difficult time. Danny was employed by Concrete by Wagner for 14 years. The family will receive friends at the First Joliet Church of the Nazarene, 1009 Briggs St., Joliet, IL on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 from 10 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11 AM.
