I remember some of the practical jokes she played. I was pretty young but remember a story she told of coming home and driving alone across the Midwest. There was a particular scary moment when the car behind her passed and then slowed down. A single man was in the car and he kept doing that; following close and then slowing down. She finally reached over in the seat beside her and grabbed a set of fake false teeth-buckteeth as i recall. She put them din and then smiled broadly the next time he passed. that was the last she saw of him. Another was when she placed a rubber something under Grandpa Clements dinner plate that was attached to a rubber cord that when she squeezed it, the plate would jump. Worked for a short time. I also have some treasured pictures she took of me in my beloved red velvet dress with bonnet. I think I was about two years old. They are professional grade!

Eric and Kirstin and Aunt Bertha and Aunt Venice. I wish I could be there for the funeral. Please know my thoughts and prayers are for you. What a reunion there has to be in Heaven! I loved her like I love all of mother's siblings. A remarkable family.
