Ricky Miranda Obituary

Ricardo "Ricky" Cruz Miranda, 19, of St. Anthony, died Monday, Oct. 4, 2010.
Ricky was born Oct. 20, 1990, in Rexburg to Jose Cruz and Bobbi Jo Kidd Miranda.
He attended Central Elementary, South Fremont Junior High, and from 2006 to 2008 he attended South Fremont High School and finished his schooling at Central High School in Rexburg.
He was a very outgoing person who loved to try new things. One of his favorite hobbies was fishing and just being with family and friends. He was one of those kids who would put others before himself.
Growing up, he participated in sports like basketball, baseball and soccer. He also loved listening to music. It seems like every time he was home he was always listening to music.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
He is survived by his parents, Cruz and Bobbi Miranda of St. Anthony; brothers Lance of Idaho Falls, and Xavy of St. Anthony; grandparents John Kidd of St. Anthony, Minnie Kidd of Parker and Celia Gaucin of Mexico. He was preceded in death by great-grandparents Robert and Elva Howell and grandfather Santos Miranda.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the Wilford LDS Chapel with Bishop Rod Dalling officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Bert Flamm Mortuary (581 E. 1st North, St. Anthony) and Thursday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the Wilford Church (215 N. 2400 East). Burial will be in the Parker Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.flammfh.com .
