Melinda Ann Stubblefield

Nashville - Melinda Ann Stubblefield - Age 63 of Nashville, TN. August 21, 2020. Preceded in death by parents, Howard H. and Peggy Lewis Stubblefield. Survived by brother, Howard Stubblefield, who held a memorial for her in Nashville, and her best friends Sandy Sullivan (Sandy Red) and Heidi Waterman.

Melinda lived in Reno for over 25 years, and loved skiing and hiking in the Sierras. She graduated from UNR with a degree in Wildlife Management, and earned her Masters in Nashville. Melinda volunteered for over 10 years at the Sierra Safari Zoo and for her entire life, Melinda loved working and caring for animals both wild and domestic. As she crossed the Rainbow Bridge she was greeted by her Serval Lily, Wallaby Pele, Rickie the Yellow nape, Firefly the fainting goat, Solomon the Barn Owl,Tuaca the cockatiel, and many more in the animal kingdom who loved her. Melinda also worked at the Rapscallion for 18 years and had many clients and friends who loved her.
