Born: November 2, 1944 | Died: November 30, 2025
James Glen Ferry (Jim), age 81, of Graysville, TN, died in his home Sunday, November 30, 2025.
He was a veteran in the U.S. Army and a member of the VFW and American Legion. He was a partner in Ferry Drywall until his retirement in 2007. He loved good craft brew and spending time with his children and grandchildren at the Ferry Family reunion.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Barbara Ferry; and sister, Judy Stephenson.
He is survived by his brothers, Bill Ferry and Tom Ferry (Paulette); his children, Glen Ferry (Rhonda), Keith Ferry (Kim) and Roy Ferry (Tobey); grandchildren: Chris (Meghan), Chassity (Brandon), Ryan (Kimberly), Amory (Paul), Madison (Joey), Caleb, Patrick (Kassie), Alan (Lisa), Avery, Bradley (Andi Katherine), Victoria, Chelsea, Chloe; and great-grandchildren, Presley, Riley, Hayden, Chaisson, Kaleigh, Bryan, Macii, Brooklyn, Sophia, Braedyn, Evelyn, Preston, Aniston, Cruz, Kameron, Aubrey, Layla, Wrenn, and Maeve.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 11:00am CST (12:00pm EST) at Brayton Cemetery with burial to follow. Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.
Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, 1171 Main Street, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be held Friday, December 5, 2025 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm CST (6:00 pm - 8:00 pm EST).
