Lewis is survived by his wife, Ann Hamby Howard, of Evensville; two sons, Brian and his wife, Angie, and Lawrence and his wife, Stephanie, of Dayton; one sister, Ethel Daugherty and her husband, James, of Wartburg, Tenn.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
