Patsy Sue Davis, 74, of Dayton Mountain, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2023, at her home on Dayton Mountain.
She was born in Nashville, on Nov. 13, 1949, the daughter of the late Chester and Betty Mae (Foust) Powers. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Tina M. Olson; her grandson, Larry Harmon; and her brother, Eddie Powers.
Patsy attended college for two years and was a certified nursing assistant. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, David Davis, of Dayton Mountain; her two sons, Timothy (Rhonda) Harmon of Chattanooga and James Andrews of Athens, Tenn.; her seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by her three sisters, Joyce Powers of Decatur, Evon Powers of Red Cloud and Beverly Powers of Lake City; and her two brothers, Dennis Powers of Decatur and James Powers of Chattanooga.
Funeral services for Patsy will be on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, at noon in the chapel of Vanderwall Funeral Home with Rev. Leland Frazier officiating. She will be laid to rest in Pleasant View Cemetery.
