Lois Quinn

EAST GREENWICH, RI- Lois (DiSaia) Quinn passed away on November 4, 2025 surrounded by her children. She was born in Warwick, RI to the late Ralph and Mary DiSaia. After graduating from Lockwood High School, she pursued a career as a legal secretary in Providence before marrying Thomas H Quinn. A devoted homemaker and mother, Lois raised her children on Woodside Avenue in West Warwick. She also found time to volunteer weekly for many years at Kent County Memorial Hospitals Gift Shop. She chaired the hospitals annual fundraising ball, served as President of the Auxiliary, and was a member of the Board of Trustees. After her children left for college, she decided to take on the role of Director of Volunteer Services at the hospital and made many lifelong friends. In her retirement, she enjoyed gardening at her home in East Greenwich, golfing with friends at Potowomut Country Club, and traveling to Ireland annually with her longtime companion, the late Robert O. Tiernan.

Lois was predeceased by her siblings: Carolyn Caron, Doris Childs, George DiSaia, Albert DiSaia, Ralph DiSaia and Earl (Skip) DiSaia. She leaves behind her daughter

Cristiana Quinn of Wickford, RI, her son Patrick H Quinn of The Plains, VA and a granddaughter, Eliza Quinn of Washington, DC as well as four stepchildren: Fredrika Quinn, Martin Quinn, Thomas H Quinn Jr,, and Ralph Quinn.

Lois will be remembered for her outgoing nature, sense of style, amazing popovers and chocolate souffls, and her devotion to friends and family. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Rhode Island Chapter Office, 245 Waterman St., Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906.
