Lt. Walton was my Sgt. when I worked as PCO1 at the Ridgway Barracks. He was a friend and co-worker that was competent and calm. He was just a really nice to spend a working day with. I hope they serve hard-boiled eggs in heaven as he sure ate his share of them in his life on earth!!!

I met Frank in the mid sixties when we were stationed at the Uniontown barracks. . We both graduated from the old PA. State Police Training School, Hershey, Pa in 1957. I kept in touch as we progressed thru the ranks. We both were promoted to lieutenant in 1976. Frank retired after 35 years and me after 39. I was proud to call him my friend. Semper Fidelis.
