Aileen Taylor Cline Clements

Aileen Taylor Cline Clements, 95, of Fairfield, died Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Stonewall Jackson Hospital in Lexington. She was born May 28, 1917, in Rockbridge County, a daughter of the late John Carl Cline and Nora Kirby Cline. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ashby Eugene Clements Sr., one brother Frank Cline, and one sister, Louise Cline Clements. Mrs. Clements was a member of the Spring Valley Baptist Church in Fairfield. Surviving are her children, Ann Harvey and husband Robert of Stuarts Draft; Linda Mundy and husband, Frank, of Broadway; Brenda Bena and husband, Philip, of Lanham, Md.; Joe Clements and wife, Judy; Keith Clements and wife, Shilla; Harold Clements and wife, Dottie, all of Buena Vista; Kay Dean and husband, Frank; Ashby E. Clements Jr. and wife, Thelma; Richard Clements and wife, Bonnie; Dennis Clements and wife, Tina, all of Fairfield; siblings, Mrs. Leonard Sensabaugh, of Lexington; John C. Cline and wife, Agnes, of Buena Vista; sister-in-law, Mary Rachel Draper, of Greensboro, Md.; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at Spring Valley Baptist Church in Fairfield with the Rev. Philip Mace and the Rev. Philip Bena officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Spring Valley Baptist Church. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Buena Vista.
