Ann Taylor Bernhagen, 85, of Roanoke, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 28, 2021. She was born on January 23, 1936, in Washington, D.C., the daughter of Richard and Dorothy (Bolton) Ratcliff. She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Harold, and her parents; and is survived by her two daughters, Lisa (Gary) Ohm and Rebecca (Kenneth) Walker; two grandchildren, Kyle and Anna Walker; and her sister, Rebecca Jacobson.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church in Roanoke. There will be a graveside service in Yardley, Pennsylvania at a later date. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.oakeys.com.

We met Ann and Harry when we were living in Rochester NY and had moved away and we kept in touch thoughout the years. We would visit them and they would come to visit us when Harry was still living. They were both amazing people and we miss them. They are together again.

Ann was the kindest, most good-hearted person I ever knew, and a much-loved and much-missed friend. May the One above comfort her family and all who mourn her. Rest in peace, Ann.
