Barbara Ruth Buchanan

Barbara Buchanan Obituary

Barbara Ruth Buchanan, 84, of Roanoke, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edward and Ada Coulthard Buchanan, five brothers, and four sisters. Survivors included two sisters, Eleanor Foster and Evelyn Preston both of Roanoke, Va.; several nieces and nephews including James Buchanan, Kenneth, Edward, Leon, and David Keesee all of Roanoke, Va. Graveside services for Ms. Buchanan will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday October 1, 2008 at the Ridgedale Cemetery in Rich Valley, Va. D.R. Henderson Funeral Home in Saltville, Va. serving the Buchanan Family.
