On Wed., April 3, 2024, Billy Eugene Basham of Shawsville, Va. went to his everlasting home entering into the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The family will receive friends from 12 to 2 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024, in the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home Chapel, in Salem, Va. A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. with Adam Hughes officiating. Interment will follow the 2 p.m. service at the Gearheart Family Cemetery.
