Mary Etta and family,
We were so saddened to hear of Jack's death. He was always a good neighbor. If he wasn't close enough to "chew the fat," he would always give us a wave as we passed by him. God Bless you all.

To the Kitts family...
My thoughts and prayers are coming long distance to you at this tough time. As a friend of Johnny since childhood, I have so many good memories of chatting with Mr. Kitts as we hung around the house. A couple of years ago, on my way back to Michigan from hiking in Grayson, I was so glad that Mrs. Kitts pointed me around to the back porch to say HI to Mr. Kitts, if he was there! He was, right there on the back steps, enjoying that great yard and creek out back, binoculars around his neck (helped with his cataracts, he said!), joking about his age. We had a very enjoyable chat about what all animals he'd seen recently along the creek. His attitude about life boosted my spirits for the 10 hour trip back home! God bless you all.
