David McAuthuer Corvin, 63, of Troutville, Va., died on Thursday, June 24, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Flora Corvin; brothers, Neil, Daniel, and Alfred Corvin; and stepdaughter, Sharon Clark. He is survived by his wife, Margaret N. Corvin, of Cloverdale; daughters and son-in-law, Janet M. Corvin, of Roanoke, and Nancy and Lawrence Dalton Sr., of Check; sons and daughters-in-law, David W. and Donna Corvin, of Cloverdale, Darrell M. and Shane Corvin, of Fincastle, and Chris and Kelly Clark, of Cloverdale; grandchildren, Susia, Ian, and Caleb Corvin, Eric Wilson, Dakota and Dustin Corvin, Lawrence Dalton, Jr., Michael Dalton, and Bonnie Dalton; greatgrandchildren, Deximus Dalton, Noah Guthrie, Nicholai Guthrie, and Maddison Dalton; stepson and daughter-in-law, Earnest E. and Terry Lynn Clark, of Lynchburg; stepdaughter, Tammy S. Clark, of Cloverdale; stepgrandchildren, Matthew Dalton, Matthew and Alex Clark, Latasha and April Clark; stepgreat grandchildren, Alexus Dalton, Mason Clark, and Kaitlyn Jesse; brothers and sister-in-law, Bruce Corvin, of Roanoke, and Billy and Lynda Corvin, of Fincastle; and sisters, Janet and Chaphin, of North Carolina. Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. on Monday, June 28, 2010, in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry D. Snider officiating. Interment will follow in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens.
