Sheila, I'm so sorry to hear of Roger's passing. You and Roger are a big part of why I love to garden to this day. I was the annoying neighbor kid who would show up out of the blue, and you all didn't seem to mind at all. In fact, you put me to work, and taught me how to do stone masonry. Some of my happiest childhood memories were helping in your yard. Thank you for the love you two showed me, and I'm so sorry for your loss.

I will miss you Roger. Thank you for letting me "borrow" my cartoon, childhood memory of you as Roger Klotz on the animated TV show called "DOUG!"

To Sheila and family, please accept my condolences on Roger´s passing. I graduated from Hermitage in 1969 and considered Roger one of my very good friends. He once took me on a spin on the back of his motorcycle, all around Richmond (and no helmet in those days!) He was a wonderful guy. I will say a prayer for him tonight.
