Debbie CUNNINGHAM Obituary

Debbie Norville Cunningham, 58, of Roanoke, fought a long and courageous battle with numerous health problems and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 23, 2013. Debbie was a former employee of AARP. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Norville whom she loved dearly and mother, Ann P. Norville.
Debbie is survived by her loving husband and caregiver, Glenn Cunningham; her sons, Samuel Likens and Jarrett Cunningham; her grandchildren,Tanner and McKenna Likens; sister, Kathy Mathis and family; brother, John Norville and family; stepmother, Virginia Norville; aunt, Ann (Liz) Chilton and family; uncles, Gerald Norville and family and Ronnie Norville and family. Also surviving are mother-in-law, Dora Cunningham; sister-in-law, Linda Spinner; brother-in-law, the Rev. Alex Cunningham and numerous extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Belmont Baptist Church at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2013, with the Rev. David Burgess and the Rev. Alex Cunningham officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church one half hour before the service.
