I'm so sorry to learn of Mrs. Delong's passing. We lived beside of her for 14 years and dearly loved her. We saw her at our daughter's bridal shower three years ago. We were so glad she came and she was as sweet as ever.

Our sincerest sympathy. Ms Delong was a wonderful person.

To Elva DeLong's family members:

I want to express my sympathy to you all on Elva's passing, but especially my admiration and appreciation for the wonderful & helpful things she did in her life. She was very, very helpful to my uncle, Walter St.Clair, for a number of years until his death in 2004; he and I, especially, appreciated all her efforts deeply. She was a kind & constructive presence for him, the same for many others, and to me, too. She'll be missed greatly, but her rest and peace are richly deserved. I hope that that is a comfort to you.

Sincerely, Margaret (Peg) Martin O'Bryant
