Frances Wade Obituary
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 7, 2012, at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel, with the Reverend Gene Koger and the Reverend Murray Agee officiating. Interment will follow at Lee Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2012. Arrangements by Gardner Funeral Home, Floyd. My deepest sympathy to all the family. Frances and I graduated in the same FHS class, and I remember her well. She was a quiet, dignified young lady whom I enjoyed being around. My best memories of Frances are from play practice during both our junior, and senior, years. I have a great pic of a scene from the senior play that features her prominently. I regret that our paths never crossed again after our school years.
