Freda Wright Obituary
The family wishes to thank Tim, Colleen, Ed, and the staff and volunteers of Runk & Pratt for helping Freda be comfortable and happy. The highlight of her days was visiting with her daughter and granddaughter daily and seeing the dogs at pet therapy. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who will be remembered for her calm nature, loving attitude, Christian lifestyle, and witty sense of humor.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Good Samaritan Hospice at 2408 Electric Road, Roanoke, VA 24018 (Memo line 'In Memory of Freda Wright'), or at www.goodsamhospice.com.
A graveside service will take place at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Sherwood Memorial Park in Salem. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.lotzfuneralhomevinton.com.

Prayers to the family left to miss sweet, sweet Freda!! She IS with the LORD now, smiling from ear to ear. It was an absolute pleasure to get to get to know her while volunteering at R&P. We will miss her dearly!

Janet, Chinah and Brad, we are thankful for the time that we spent with Joe and Freda many years ago as a young couple. They both invested so much of their time mentoring us,and their strong Christian faith and witness will always impact our lives. We know the loss is painful but we also KNOW that they both are spending eternity with the LORD. God bless.
