I am very sorry to hear abut Cissy. My thoughts and prayers are with you. When we lost Will the one thing that kept us going was knowing he was in a better place with no worries. I remember a Bible verse that helped keep me grounded when I was down: "Be Still And Know That I am God." Remembering this simple verse often allowed me to stop and reflect on who is really in control. To this day this verse still gives me comfort. I thought I would share it with you hoping it would provide you comfort as well.

My deepest sympathy to you in the loss of your daughter, Gloria Ann. I was saddened to hear of her passing.
Gloria and my daughter, Virginia, were friends when they were young girls, and they loved spending time together. I remember Gloria being a happy girl and having a smile that would light up a room. She was always full of energy and spirit.
I pray that God's love will surround and embrace you and your family and you will feel His strength and peace.

My sincere sympathies to the Ferris and Perdue families.
I knew Gloria when I was a teenager living in Roanoke, and she was a friend of my younger sister, Virginia Smith. Gloria was sweet and always fun to be with. She was full of life and enthusiasm, and she always wore a beautiful smile. There was never a dull moment, and I remember Gloria very fondly.
May the peace that passeth all understanding be with you now and in the days ahead.
