Harriet Wendell Obituary
Born in Plainfield NJ, she graduated from Beaver College with a degree in childhood education. The perfect training for her later dealing with the public. Harriet was well known in the New York fashion industry along with her husband Arnold as an innovator in retailing.
We will miss her happy, positive personality. She will be buried with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery. Survivors include sons Jeffrey of Roanoke VA and Bart (Sandra) of Petersham MA.
Harriet would want us to celebrate her long life with chocolate mint ice cream, a chocolate eclair or anything else chocolate. Contributions in her memory are encouraged to your favorite charity.
