Jason Byron Talaga, 49, of Blue Ridge, Va., went home with the Lord on Friday, November 7, 2025.
He graduated from Staunton River High School and was employed for 26 years with Revlon. He loved to go hunting, fishing, a fan of comic books and movies, loved to cook and an avid Redskins Fan. He was loved by many.
Jason is survived by his father and stepmother, Jeffrey B. and Emily Talaga; mother and stepfather, Dorothy Talaga and Sherman Muncey; two brothers, Matthew Talaga and Casey Talaga; grandmother, Bonnie McKee; several relatives; many friends; three chickens; and a cat.
A cryptside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Old Dominion Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Oakey's East Chapel. Condolences may be made at Oakeys.com.
