Jessica Leigh Janney (Aunty Goose), 39, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023.
She was a 2002 graduate of Northside High School and loved her family, friends, music, concerts and travel, she loved life to the fullest.
She is survived by her loving parents, Randal and Rella Janney; sister, Amanda Janney (Ashby Benge); nephew, Maverick Benge; grandmother, Betty Janney; uncle Tim and aunt Sandra Thomas; cousin, Seth Thomas; her beloved dog, Hazel; and many special friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date with Pastor Mark Washington officiating.
Those wishing to make a memorial contribution, please consider Hollins Road Baptist Church or a charity of your choice. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.Oakeys.com.

So heartbroken to hear of Jessica´s passing. Such a bright soul who is gone way too soon. Praying for the entire family during this difficult time. I could tell how close she was with family and friends when helping her purchase her first home. She so loved her dog as well.
