Sincerest condolences to you and the family. Joe and I go back to NCMC,where I was a Vascular surgeon doing access for his dialysis patients.He was a good friend and a great doctor.

dear Mary,
Please accept my most sincere condolences.I still have fond memories of our Nephrologists convention to Arizona. Joe did a lot for people with kidney disease. I won't forget.

My deepest sympathy goes out to your family.
My husband Paul Satriano was a patient of Dr Letteri in the Freeport and Syosset Dialysis center for 5 years,,, He was always treated like a gentleman, which was greatly appreciated,,,,I know he touched many lives as a fine Doctor and person.
