We also met very briefly while our son was in the PICU at RMH. We know how scary the unexpected illness of a child is, and we can only imagine the pain of losing her. We continue to hold you close to our hearts in thought and prayer. May peace be with you.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Lexie. My cousin Dallas was a very good friend of hers and even though I didn't know her I was very concerned to hear that she was sick. My family thought very highly of her so know that you had a precious and very special daughter. I can't imagine the pain you feel but please turn to God to comfort you for he knows your pain! Lori I remember the little girl who looked so much like her mama. I remember hearing her say the alphabet in Hebrew that she knew from memory. I remember her telling everyone "Don't Panic" and just laughing. She wise before her time. I'll always remember her that way. I'm so sorry for you loss honey. Sorry for the time lost. Lori and family, I met you at RMH when I was visiting Braeden who is my great nephew. I am so sorry for the pain you must be going through with the passing of your beautiful Lexie. My daughter, Hannah, has been a friend of Lexie's since the first grade. I can remember going to the school to have lunch with Hannah and Lexie would always sit with us. She was always smiling and laughing. My heart breaks for you. I cannot imagine the pain of losing a child. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and Lexie will be greatly missed.

Im so sorry to hear of your loss. Im Riley Stump's grandaughter. Lexie's great Uncle is what I am told he would be to her. I just wanted to let the family know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Lexie is so beautiful. The blue eyes must run on the Stump side for sure. My grandfather and some of his brothers have those same blue eyes. I have the blonde hair and blue eyes also. God Bless you all.

I never met Lexie, but my son, Dylan attended school with her and has often spoke of her. My heart breaks for you and what you are going thru. I know we can't understand it all now, thru the pain and sorrow, but one day HIS plan will be unveiled to us and there will be no more pain, tears or sorrow. Take comfort in knowing that she is with Jesus now, safe, healthy and content. God bless this family and help them as they strive to understand and heal. Take care,

I was sorry to hear about Lexie. I wish there was something that I could say or do to take away the pain that you are going through. She was a special young lady.I remember when we would watch movies or play a game with Lexie and James on Saturday night. Remember the time that you had with her and that one day you will have that time again. I know today will be hard for you and your family. I met Lexie's mom at RMH as I was up there with a friend of mine who has a sick baby up there. I never got to meet Lexie, but Praise to God that He has removed her affliction & because of Jesus, one day I will meet her! It doesn't seem fair that she passed so young, & I know she will be missed, but it is a reminder that this world is not our home & we can see her again! May God's peace be with you, Lori & the rest who loved this sweet child of God. I wish I could take away your pain! I can not explain it, but I will never forget sweet Lexie or Lori.

Lexie was my daughter's best friend, she was a very bright and smiling girl. She spent time with our daughter and at our house on weekends. I know my daughter will miss Lexie as will our family. We are so sorry at her and her families loss. This should never happen to a child with so much still left undone. Lexie we will miss you.

Lexie was so overwhelmed she just began to cry. It was always clear how Lexie Lexie felt, her smile and laugh lit up a room, and when she was sad her friends new it. Now it is our turn to cry and be sad, as Lexie has graduated from this world onto Heaven

I am very sorry about your loss. Lexie was one of my friends and i was in complete shock when i found out that she passed away. I was so upset but i know that she is in a better place now. Lexi Elizabeth Stump was one of my closest friends. I went to Floyd Elementary and Christiansburg High with her. She was one of my craziest friends.
