Lois Hauck Obituary
October 24, 2025
Lois Marie Hauck, 84, of Roanoke, Va., passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 24, 2025. She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church.
Lois was preceded in death by her brother, Tom Downs.
She was a loving wife of 62 years to Terry Hauck; mother to Eileen (David) Allison, Kathy (Chuck) VanAllman, Terry (Michelle) Hauck, and Tim Hauck; and Nana to her five grandchildren, Connor, Brandon, Lauren, Shannon, and Bethany. She is also survived by her brother, Ernie (Sheila) Downs; sister, JoAnn Downs; and several nieces and nephews.
Lois loved her family, God and the Cleveland Browns.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Oakey's South Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church, with Msgr. Patrick Golden officiating. Entombment will follow in Saint Andrews Diocesan Cemetery. Condolences may be shared with her family by visiting www.Oakeys.com.
