My condolences to your family. I knew Mrs. French from her playing bingo at the Roanoke Moose Lodge. Such a sweet, kind, caring, and gracious lady, I'm blessed to have known her.

Allena & Michael....Words can't begin to express how thankful I am that God brought me home to come by and see Aunt Mary Lou last week. The memory that I now hold of her is the last words she spoke to me telling me to always remember to hold on to God when things get hard, when you don't understand, and when you don't know what to do. I believe that was a word for our family. My memories now include us sitting down and reading her poems and learning more about our family history.
I don't know if I will be able to make it home for the service. But please know that my love and my prayers are there for all of us....our entire family.
